Do you offer one time cleanings?
YES! We offer one time cleanings and recurring service plans.
How often should bins be cleaned?
We recommend that you clean your bins at least once every 3 months. Some clients may prefer more frequent cleanings. Choose a plan that best fits your needs when signing up!
Do you use chemicals to clean my cans?
Our state of the art cleaning truck washes and sanitizes your bins with 200 degree hot water! While the cleaning process is chemical free, we use deodorizers after cleaning to help control odors.
How will I know my service is complete?
Once your service has been completed, you will recieve a text message and email letting you know! In most cases, your bins will be brought up your driveway after cleaning.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer various discounts throughout the year. Some of our discounts may be seasonal. Please keep an eye on our social media and ads for any discount codes!
(Current clients can also provide you with their unique referral link)
Can I switch out my cans?
YES, you can, occasionally, switch out cans as long as they are YOUR cans. Please do not share service with your neighbors. We ask that your neighbors sign up for their own plan.
Do you clean cans all year?
Yes, we do service your cans all year (temperature permitting). You can block off unavailable service dates in the client portal.
Do you service on holiday weeks?
We are closed on major holidays (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, etc)
We may adjust your service on holiday weeks to complete as many of our routes, as possible. Please keep an eye on your upcoming service date in the client portal and text message updates from us.
How do I update, skip or cancel my plan?
Our client portal allows you to completely manage your service right at your fingertips! You can block off unavailable service dates, change your plan or cancel your subscription. You can also contact our office to make changes to your plan.

How do I access the client portal?
New clients will have their log in credentials sent to them after signing up. Existing clients can access the client portal at anytime. Please click “Cient Login” on or website menu our use this link to access the client portal:
